I’VE JUST SEEN A FACE – Guitar Lesson
One of the few early Beatles tracks to feature no bass guitar. One of their "country-style" efforts … verging on bluegrass. This one really moves along as the pace of the lyric draws you into the song! Here's your I've Just Seen A Face guitar lesson!
First verse: G Em I've just seen a face I can't for get the time or place where we just met C She's just the girl for me and I want all the world to see we've met D G Na na na na na na Second verse: Had it been another day I might have looked the other way and I'd have never been aware but as it is I'll dream of her tonight Da da da da da da Chorus: D C G C G Falling yes I am falling and she keeps calling me back again Third verse: I have never known the likes of this I've been alone and I have Missed things and kept out of sight but as it is I'll dream of her tonight Da da da da da da Repeat chorus. Guitar solo played to verse chords. Repeat chorus. Repeat first verse. Repeat chorus 3 times to end.

Thanks for the update; Beatles are so talented and creative; They one of my favorites if not the favorite; McCartney is one of my all time favorites; he's so talented; I like their "Everyone's trying to be my Baby" and "I Saw Her Standing There."
You bet Tommy … we share a love for Beatles’ music!
Hey, Jackson! Thanks so much for the "I've Just Seen A Face" lesson. That intro always just escaped me until your lesson. Now I've got it and it's a kickin' bluegrass classic! Thanks again!
Thanks Bob … I love that intro as well!
I'm in accord with Jorge. Thanks.
Appreciate that Frank!
Hi Jackson,
I really love the way you teach. Can you teach us the cords and notes to your theme song. It is really cool. I have never heard it anywhere else. Does it have a name?

One of my ten best songs of ALL TIME thanx for sharing this tune. I played this song on a 5 string banjo in a blugrerass band back in the 70s an all time favorite and one you rarely hear today Thank you again
Hey ….thanks Bob. Neat that you have a history with this one.
I'm not sure if your site is still live as I have only just come across this lesson. Thanks for teaching a great song. Love the Beatles and the way that you have taught it. I am now working my way through to try and perfect the whole song including the beginning and end.
